Prenatal Support

• Free video, or over the phone consultation, to see if we would be a good match.
• Two prenatal visits which include:
  1. Personalized birth plan assistance.
  2. Education on labor stages, comfort measures, and what to expect.
  3. Emotional, mental, and physical preparation for birth.
• 24/7 text and phone support as your due date approaches.
• One postpartum visit.

Labor & Birth Support

• Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor.
• Comfort techniques such as massage, breathing exercises, and positioning.
• Advocacy to help you communicate your birth preferences with your care team.
• Support for your partner, ensuring they feel confident in their role.
• Assistance with immediate postpartum bonding and feeding support.
