Glory Grace Doula
Then she spoke out with a loud voice and said, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!” - Luke 1:42
What is a Doula?
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a person through pregnancy, during labor, and shortly after childbirth. Their main role is to help mothers to have an empowering and positive birth experience.
Unlike a midwife or doctor, a doula does not perform medical tasks like checking blood pressure or delivering the baby. Instead, they offer things like:
Emotional Support
They are there to be a source of encouragement, reassurance, and continuous presence
Physical Support
They are there to provide massages, to teach breathing techniques, and to suggest birth positions.
Informational Support
They are there to help explain options and advocating for the mother's preferences
Partner Support
They are there helping partners feel confident and involved through the entire journey.
Studies have shown that having a birth doula can lead to shorter labors, fewer interventions (like C-sections), and more satisfying birth experiences overall.
About Me

Kassidy Bailey
Birth doula / perinatal nutritionist
My journey to becoming a birth doula didn’t begin in the delivery room—it started with a deep love for caring for children. For years, I worked as a nanny and babysitter, supporting families and nurturing little ones. My passion for service is rooted in my faith in Jesus Christ, which has guided me to dedicate my life to helping others.
Being a doula is both an honor and a privilege. Birth is one of the most vulnerable and transformative experiences in a woman’s life, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to provide support during this incredible journey. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, emotional reassurance, and physical support so that you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Whether you're looking for guidance throughout pregnancy or hands-on support during labor, I am here to honor and respect your unique experience. My role is to help create a calm, comforting environment where you feel safe, supported, and in control.
I would be truly honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
